Travel Note
Parking
When you arrive at Della Terra, the transportation staff will instruct you where to park. The transportation staff will pick you up at your parking spot and take you to the ceremony location. Transportation staff will be available to take you to your car in the evening. You may always leave your vehicle at Della Terra and pick it up the next morning. Please pick up vehicles by 10:00 the next morning.

Shuttle from Primary & Secondary Hotels to Della Terra Chateau

The shuttle will began picking up guests at 2:45 p.m; there will be an additional pickup time at 3:20 p.m, as 24 guests can only be accounted for in each trip. Please plan accordingly as there is a chance the shuttle you may be trying to get on will be full. The shuttle will stop at Best Western and Quality Inn, before leaving for the final destination - Della Terra Chateau. This is a fifteen minute round trip without stops. You are welcome to use the shuttle to or from this event, if you are staying at an alternative location; however, the pick-up and drop-off locations are set. In the evening the shuttle will start running back to these two locations beginning at 8:00 p.m; two shuttle trips per each hour, for any guests who may need to leave early. At the end of the evening the last shuttle will leave at 10:30. Be advised, Uber and Lyft may not be readily available within Estes Park at any given time. Limited ride share and taxi's services are available, for more information please see https://exploreestes.com/estes-park-ride-service/ in addition to doing your own research prior to coming! There are shuttle buses in Estes Park; however, these shuttles do not go up to Della Terra and become inactive after a particular time.
