Iberostar Selection Playa Mita Information

This is both the lodging and location of the wedding. Iberostar is an all inclusive resort with access to spa services, kids club, multiple pools and is beach front. The resort is about 45 minutes Northwest of Puerto Vallarta Airport. For more information, visit their website below.

Travel Note

Room Block at Iberostar through 02/06

Below is the link to the group room block for the resort with Paradise Weddings Travel Agency. The guest code is 0509. We have blocked several different options at different rates through our travel agent. You may also call the travel agent- Sebastian-directly at 1-877-737-0177 or email him at guests@paradiseweddings.com. PLEASE NOTE: you do not have to use the room block to book your room. You can use Iberostar's website or other third party travel agencies- group rates and perks will not apply to reservations made outside the room block. Suggested travel dates are May 8-11 but you are welcome to come early if you want. Paul and I will be staying May 03-11 2026.

Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR)

Puerto Vallarta is the closest airport. From there it is a 40 minute drive to the resort.

Getting to Resort from Airport

There are several options for transportation to the resort. You can book through our travel agent, hire an Uber, rent a car from the airport and if you are brave use a taxi or bus.

Adjoining hotel rooms and Accessibility

If you need adjoining rooms, please book directly with Iberostar resort. The room block was unable to accommodate adjoining rooms. In Mexico infrastructure does not always run smoothly, if you have mobility issues, please be sure to book a ground level room in the event elevators are not working.
