How do I book a room at Iberstar?
Answer
You have a couple options 1. Room block for the wedding at https://l.paradiseweddings.com/kristine-and-paul code 0509. You can also call or email Sebastian with Paradise Weddings (our dedicated travel agent) to book a room in our room block (see Travel page). You can also book directly through Iberostar's website or other third party booking sites. Third party booking is at your own risk.

How do I get to the resort from the airport?
Answer
You can contact our travel agent Sebastian Maas by phone or email and arrange private and safe transportation. You can also use Uber, taxi, shuttle, bus or rent a car! If you are pals with other guests, you can team up and ride share.

Is it safe?
Answer
This wedding is in Mexico. Iberstar is located North of Puerto Vallarta and is considered generally safe. The resort is a gated area with private security. Please look up local travel advisories for more information.

What type of resort is Iberostar?
Answer
Iberostar is a 5 star, 4 diamond all inclusive resort. There are several restaurants and bars as well as activities scheduled on property that are all included in your nightly rate. There is also a Kid's Club and splash pad area for your kiddos as well as multiple games and activities for children. There is karaoke, kayaking, snorkeling and a sports bar for adults.

Do I have to stay at Iberostar?
Answer
We can't make you lol but we need 80% of guests to stay at the resort in order to have the wedding. If you absolutely cannot stay there, please contact Paul and I directly and we can figure something out. As a side note, the rates at this resort are some of the best in the area.

Why are you having a destination wedding?
Answer
Since we have family and friends in two states, no matter what we did it would have been a destination for half of you. We decided we might as well all travel and have a group vacation!

What days should I book?
Answer
I would suggest booking lodging May 8 through May 11 (3 nights). If you are looking to extend your time, Paul and I will be there starting on May 03 through May 11 and would love to hang out!
