After covid, it seems two years' worth of weddings are getting packed into fall of 2021, so we were unable to reserve hotel blocks. That said, there are plenty of hotels to choose from, and AirBnBs are a great option (check out both Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez), especially if you can get a place with a group of friends!

Amtrak

The Pacific Surfliner Train runs between San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. If coming from further north, take the San Joaquins route to meet up with the Pacific Surfliner.
