Life is a journey and you never know what will happen!
For example, tiny, cute red squirrels moved themselves in to our house this past winter. Due to the extensive territory they claimed in our crawlspace, furnace ducts, basement, walls, and attic, we have kindly evicted them and have begun the repair process to shore up the exterior to prevent any future critters from moving in again!
Due to the time, energy, and money we have to put towards our home now, we made the tough decision to cancel our original big wedding plans in September. BUT we of course are still getting married and want to celebrate with you!
We opted for a very small ceremony at one of our local Metroparks with immediate family and wedding party folks. We will then host Celebration Cookouts in both the Toledo and Chicago areas to commemorate our lawful declarations of dedication to each other!
Toledo area: Sunday, May 25th at our home
Chicago area: Saturday, July 19th, invite to follow.
