Kristen & Luis met at a Christmas party hosted by Kristen's house in their junior year at Gonzaga University. Nothing came of it, though, until 3 months later when Kristen's roommates set her up on a blind date with Luis, much to her surprise. The date was eventful to say the least. Even though they failed their escape room and someone (*cough* Luis *cough*) spilled frozen yogurt on his poor date, they almost immediately hit it off, and the rest is history. After graduating from Gonzaga in 2019, Kristen and Luis spent 6 months apart while trying to navigate post-college life - Kristen in the Bay Area and Luis in Seattle. Shortly after Kristen joined Luis in the PNW, the pandemic hit and the two moved in together. After a year of quarantining, they adopted their adorable pup, Twyla. Since then, they've traveled to 8 countries, most notably Vancouver, Canada where Luis popped the question in June 2023. Kristen never saw it coming, as Luis proposed during a family photoshoot that Kristen herself organized and booked. Luis pulled off the surprise through lots of secret messages with the photographer and Kristen's friends and family. From making their home away from home in Washington to traveling halfway around the world and back again, Kristen and Luis have packed countless adventures in their 6.5 years together. Kristen y Luis se conocieron en una Posada en la casa de Kristen cuando cursaban el tercer año en Gonzaga University. No salió nada de esta interacción, pero 3 meses después las amigas de Kristen le organizaron una cita a ciegas con Luis. La cita estuvo intersante... A pesar de que no pudieron escapar del Escape Room y alguien (*coff* Luis *coff*) derramó nieve en su pobre cita, Kristen y Luis casi inmediatamente se empezaron a llevar bien, y el resto es historia. Después de graduarse de Gonzaga en 2019, Kristen y Luis estuvieron 6 meses separados mientras navegaban la vida después de la escuela, Kristen en San Francisco y Luis en Seattle. Kristen se mudó a Seattle y después de unos meses empezó la pandemia. Después un año en cuarentena, Kristen y Luis adoptaron a su hermosa perrita, Twyla. Desde ese entonces, ellos han viajado a 8 países, con la ciudad mas notable siendo Vancouver, Canada dónde Luis le propuso matrimonio a Kristen en Junio 2023. Kristen nunca lo vio venir ya que ella reservó la sesión de fotos pero Luis estuvo detras de escenas comunicandose con el fotógrafo, y con la familia y amigos de Kristen. Desde crear su propio hogar en Washington, a viajar al otro lado del mundo, Kristen y Luis han tenido varias aventuras en estos ultimos 6.5 años, ya es hora de que empiece la siguiente aventura! ~~~~~~~
