Question

Will there be transportation to and from the barn?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttles running both Friday and Saturday evenings to bring you to and from the barn. Pick up and drop-off will be downtown in the Grizzly Plaza. You will see a white van there. Pick up times are shown below:

Is the venue within biking distance from town?

Answer

Yes, although there is a small shoulder on the road. It is not a busy road, but please wear helmets and have headlamp and taillights. If you want to bike to the venue and then catch the shuttle back downtown, that is a great option! You can leave your bike at the barn overnight. Bring a lock and we will lock it to the fence.

Will meals be gluten/dairy free?

Answer

All of the food at our wedding (except for the cake and the charcuterie board on Saturday) will be gluten and dairy free and appropriate for celiacs. Our vendors know that there are several celiacs in attendance. There will also be vegan/vegetation options! All other allergies have been accounted for.

What should we wear?

Answer

For Friday evening, we are embracing denim! We love a Canadian Tuxedo look. On Saturday, please wear semi-formal clothing for the ceremony and reception. When the band comes on, the costumes come out! We are having a 'cowboy disco' theme for our dance party - think wigs, glasses, glitter, tassels, and anything else. Bring your tickle trunk!
