Welcome Dinner

For the Welcome Dinner on Friday, we love a Canadian tuxedo and encourage denim clothing!
Welcome beverages and a casual dinner will be provided. There will be ample opportunity to play yard games and catch up with friends—old and new! There will be transportation via shuttles from Grizzly Plaza (downtown - has a red dome stage) to the bar. The transportation schedule will be provided before the wedding.

Ceremony

We recommend semi-formal attire for the ceremony and reception. Our wedding theme is garden party with a western flair. Think lots of flowers, spring colors, and cowboy boots! Wear comfortable shoes for walking on grass and dancing!
Reception
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

After the ceremony, we will have a champagne toast followed by cocktail hour from 4-5:30. Dinner will begin at 5:45. The dinner menu includes: -Chicken marbella (GF/DF) -Roasted vegetable gnocchi (GF/DF; vegan) -Duck confit potatoes (GF/DF; not veggie/vegan) -Citrus and fennel salad (GF/DF - has goat cheese) -Cauliflower and chickpea salad (GF/DF) *The chef knows we have several celiacs in attendance, so all food will be celiac-friendly. After dinner, we will have live music courtesy of the Halibut Cowboys! Bring your best disco cowboy costume attire to change into during the band's intermission. Wigs are strongly recommended, as are glasses, glitter, denim, bright colored attired, etc. Go wild!
