Question
What are the COVID protocols?
Answer
We are requiring every guest in attendance to either be FULLY VACCINATED or receive a NEGATIVE PCR LAB TEST RESULT within 48 hours of the event. These protocols will be strictly enforced and required for entry into the event space. We have several friends and family that are high risk and/or immunocompromised. We are striving to have a safe and healthy wedding day for all!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by Saturday, September 2nd, 2022 at the latest. The final headcount of all guests will be submitted to the venue two weeks prior to the event.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a pre-ceremony Moscato tasting for the 30 minutes leading up to the start of ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
Unfortunately, Ponte Vineyard Inn does not allow for room blocks. But, the inn has 90 rooms featured on the premises and there is a row of hotel chains just 15 minutes down the road, so there will be plenty of space in the area. Please refer to the TRAVEL tab for more information and discounts.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space at the event, we sadly CANNOT offer plus-ones to every guest. Please refer to the wedding invitation you receive for your specific invite details. That being said, we promise there will be lots of friends and family (both old and new) for you to hang out and boogie with.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
Sorry, but this is strictly a 21+ & over event. We want all our guests to enjoy what the winery has to fully offer. Which is mainly alcohol, but it also has nice views.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a large courtesy parking lot located at Ponte Winery. And the great news is, you can keep your car there overnight free of charge! If you need a ride home at the end of the night, or prefer to not deal with a car at all (our personal preference for the day), Uber, Lyft, and other taxi/rideshare apps are widely available and reliable in the Temecula wine country area. It may look like we are out in the middle of nowhere, but we guarantee there will be an Uber close by when you need it. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.
