Welcome Bonfire
8:00 pm
If you arrive to Shaker Village on Friday night, please come join us for a welcome party! We will be staying at the Tanyard, a cottage about 1/2 mile from the main village; we'll host our party here so it offers us some privacy from other Shaker Village visitors. We recommend driving from the main parking lot, but there's not a lot of space, so please carpool if you can. We'll build a bonfire and provide fall-themed snacks and drinks. You may want to bring some camping chairs, if you are driving to the venue.

Morning Hike
9:30 am
Start your morning off right with some nature time! Join Cora and Clem at the East trailhead for a 4 mile wooded hike to the Kentucky river. Bring your walking shoes!
Meadow View Barn
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
After wandering around Shaker Village, we decided the perfect spot for our wedding would be in a meadow next to the old tobacco barn.
Cocktail Hour
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
After the ceremony, we will walk over to the old tobacco barn, which is about a 1/4 mile away. The first hour will be a cocktail hour, featuring drinks and hors d'oeuvres. At this time, we'll be taking staged group pictures with our family and friends.
Dinner and Dancing!
7:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Our reception will feature a seasonal farm-to-table meal prepared by the chefs of the Trustees' Table. Dinner will be served at 7:30, followed by local music, dancing, and celebration. While the reception will officially end at 11, we will likely head back over to Tanyard Cottage for a little after party, if you'd like to join!

Farewell Brunch

If you are staying at Shaker Village, please join us for a continental breakfast at the Trustees' Table outdoor patio before heading out. We will be there from 8:30-10; please feel free to drop in any time during that window to grab some coffee, delicious pumpkin muffins, and other goodies!
