Here is what to expect on our wedding day!
All events take place in one location: Red Silo, 206 Calvary Church Rd, Champion, PA. 15622. We ask that all guests please be seated no later than 4:15 p.m., fifteen minutes before the ceremony begins.
3:00 - 4:15: Arrival, mingling, finding your seat
4:30 - 5:00: Ceremony by the gazebo
5:00 - 6:00: Cocktail Hour on the first floor of the barn
6:10: Wedding party entrances on the 2nd floor
6:20: The First Dance
6:25: Best Man and Maid of Honor Speeches
6:30: Dinner Service begins
After dinner - 10:30: Dance floor open! Party 'til 10:30
SHUTTLE to and from the VENUE
There will be a shuttle for guests to take from the Holiday Inn to the wedding venue beginning at 3:00 pm. The last pre-ceremony shuttle will be leaving the Holiday Inn at 4:00 pm. Beginning at 8:30 pm, the shuttle will also be available to take guests back to the Holiday Inn after the night's festivities. The last return shuttle will be leaving the wedding venue at 11:00 pm.
