Holiday Travel Advisary

Please note: Our nuptials will take place on 4th of July weekend. While this means a long weekend for many (woo!), it also means more potential traffic to the island. Please plan accordingly by leaving plenty of travel time, checking ferry capacity throughout the day, and booking any accommodations such as an Airbnb as early as possible.

Since the majority of our families live in Western Washington, guests who wish to stay the night or weekend will be responsible for finding their own lodging. You won't find any hotel chains on Whidbey Island, but there are TONS of beautiful Airbnb options! Some rentals don't become available until 3 months prior to the date you're looking to book so be sure to check back if you don't see dates available.

Ferry Information

Guests may opt to drive around via Deception Pass or take the Mukilteo-Clinton Ferry. Fares and schedules are subject to change, so please check the WSDOT website for the latest information. Typically, you pay for your vehicle + passengers on the way to Clinton, and your vehicle only on the way back to Mukilteo. At this time, ferry reservations are not required. The last ferry leaving the island is at 11:45 pm.
