When should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by March 29, 2026 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'.

I am unable to attend, What should I do?

Answer

Whilst you will be truly missed, if you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests plan to arrive between 3:00-3:15 PM. This will allow time for Friday traffic, parking, and getting settled. This will also give you a few moments to enjoy the beautiful surroundings before the 3:30 ceremony begins.

Can I bring a guest or plus 1?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear on the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Mostly! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner are all outdoors. Our reception and dancing will be in a ballroom that opens up to the outside, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Since dinner is outside, we highly recommend bringing a light layer for when the sun sets!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden-inspired semi-formal attire is encouraged. Light fabrics/Light jackets with comfortable footwear are perfect for our outdoor afternoon and evening festivities. Typical May/June temperatures are 70s-80s daytime and 60's evenings with vineyard breezes.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a large on-site parking lot for guests. You're welcome to leave your car overnight if needed- as long as they are picked up by 11am the next day. There roads leading to the villa are a bit winding, so we recommend allowing a little extra time. Uber and Lyft are also available, and scheduling your ride in advance works well!

Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones dearly, but we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event (21+). We hope you can use this as an excuse to enjoy a well-deserved night out! We can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Is there any pre-arranged transportation to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, as the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same venue for a seamless and convenient evening. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. As our wedding falls on a Friday in an active tourism area, we kindly suggest pre-scheduling your Uber or Lyft rides in advance. Guests are also welcome to leave vehicles overnight, provided they are picked up by 11:00 AM the following morning.
