LAS (McCarran International Airport)

Feel free to arrive in town as early as you would like to get the most out of this Vegas wedding experience. The official weekend is Friday 3/12 to Monday 3/15 but you can come earlier or stay later. The Bride & Groom will be in town on Thursday March 11th and departing on Tuesday March 16th.

The MGM #YourePearsonMyHeart wedding deal has allowed for us to have guests arrive earlier than 3/12 and stay later than 3/15 if they so choose, so take advantage! MGM check-in time is 3:00 PM, however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is prepared. Your rooms are guaranteed to be ready anytime after 3:00 PM. MGM check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please note that late check-out requests are based upon occupancy and availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.

There are several shuttle services you can book at your convenience on arrival and departure. The MGM offers SuperShuttle. SuperShuttle airport shuttles are readily available at the MGM Grand main entrance. One-way shuttle tickets are $11.00 per person and can be paid to the shuttle driver at time of departure. I use carrentals.com all the time for my travels. They give a great comprehensive list of vendor options and comparison car prices. You have the option to pay up front or pay at pickup. If you'd like to get off the strip and get out and really explore Las Vegas, rent you a car. You would need a car to take in sights such as the Hoover Dam, hiking Red Rock Canyon or Valley or Fire. Or if you just want the convenience of moving around on your own accord. MGM Grand - the self-parking fee is $12 for vehicles parked over 1 to 4 hours, $15 for vehicles parked over 4 to 24 hours. For vehicles parked at the resort over 24 hours, there is an additional self-parking fee of $15 for each additional day. Your 24 hour parking fee provides you with access to parking facilities across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same parking type (self or valet) on day of checkout until 11:59 p.m. Valet parking has higher fees. - GP
