Ceremony & Reception

11:00 am - 4:00 pm

The ceremony & reception will be held in the same location. Please start arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony (10:30am) in order to have time to find seating, get acquainted with the venue, etc. *The bar will be open starting at 10:30 a.m., so you can grab yourself a mimosa (or other drink) before the ceremony starts! Ceremony (11:00am-11:30am): the ceremony will start promptly at 11:00am & will last approximately 30 minutes in the outdoor hotel courtyard. It can get breezy along the ocean, so a sweater/shawl is recommended. If the weather does not permit, the ceremony will be held indoors. Reception (11:30am-4:00pm): Hors d'oeuvres, cocktails & a buffet lunch will be held in the indoor area. After lunch, dancing & drinking will continue indoors, but anyone is welcome to wander to the outdoor courtyard as well.
