Welcome Party

All white party (Whites, creams, etc.,)

This is an optional party that offers a little meet and greet, extra time to hang out, and something fun to do for those flying in. We'll provide food, drinks and big hello hugs! Come and go as you please. We have the space from 6-9PM. Casual or Dressy, it's totally up to you. Don't stress over the clothing theme. If you've gotta where khaki or light grey bottoms, it's fine. But the goal is whites, lights, and creams. Open to little ones as well.

Private Ceremony

10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Attire: Garden Party Formal - Colorful!

*Please arrive before 10:00am. It takes 20 mins to walk to the venue. Schedule: Gardens open 9:00am Guests Arrival 10:00am Ceremony Begins 10:15am Cocktail Hour Begins 10:30am Explore the Gardens 10:30am - 11:00am Brunch Begins 11:15am Speeches 11:30am Last Call @ Bar 1:30pm Reception @ The House 5:30pm This is a private morning ceremony at the gardens followed by brunch (same location). - Drinks will be served before the ceremony. - Guests will have complimentary access to the gardens all day. You may also explore them in between the Ceremony and Brunch or before evening reception. - Parking is free. When you enter the main building of the Gardens, let the person know the wedding you are here for. Lake Day

10:30 am

Open to all! Kids included. $11 Fee per vehicle that enters the park, including Ubers. So be prepared if you need to cover for your Uber to enter. No re-entry fee. We're thinking the morning would be best for comfortable temperatures and as long as the reception ends at a reasonable hour. Park at "Lake Loop Parking" within the Park and walk down to the water. We can also drop a pin via text to anyone, just ask Mckenna at some point throughout the weekend. Consider bringing a sandwich or a snack along with you and a floaty if you'd like but we will have floats as well.

If you're not flying home yet, stop on in for a show. This is a biker bar with a covered outdoor stage. Expect bar food with picnic style tables in front of the stage. www.redrockvixens.com
