Please RSVP as soon as possible, and by June 24th, 2026 at the latest. This will allow us ample time to get the final headcount and account for any last-minute changes in the month between then and the wedding!
Our ceremony will start at 4:30pm, so we suggest to arrive anytime between 4:00 and 4:30pm. Our ushers (Ella's brother Evan and Konner's brother Kameron) will greet you and direct you to the ceremony site upon your arrival.
Yes, The Celebration Farm has a large parking lot for guests. The whole event will take place here, so there is no need to account for travel time/parking except when you're on your way to the event itself! The parking lot for our reception hall is the "Double Round Barn" so follow the signs and take the winding road till you find the lot. Also: you can leave your car over night as long as you pick it up on Saturday before 12pm!
Yes and no. There will not be assigned seats or sides during the ceremony, so please sit wherever you'd like! One note about accessibility: the ceremony site is an outdoor amphitheater that has three levels of seating separated by small steps. If you use a wheelchair or prefer not to use stairs, you can sit on the top tier, which is closest to the entrance. Assistance will be available if needed! There will be assigned tables in the reception barn for dinner. You can find your name on a sign at the entrance!
Our suggestion is semi-formal: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Most importantly, what makes you feel comfortable and confident! Keep in mind the hot and humid summer heat for the late-afternoon outdoor ceremony, but the reception barn will be air conditioned.
Yes, please do! Our food will already be accommodating gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diets, but please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
