When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The invitation RSVP card indicated to reserve by July 1, but we have extended it to RSVP by July 31, 2026. We will close August 1 and be providing our final numbers to our caterer.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we've thoughtfully curated our guest list and are only able to extend plus-ones to guests in long-term relationships. If you have any questions, concerns, or if you'd like to confirm your plus one, please feel free to reach out. We're happy to assist!

Are kids welcome?

Due to limited seating, this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Where should I park?

Answer

There are plenty of free parking on site. We will also utilize the golf cart to pick up guests if needed.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 3:30 PM and we kindly request that you arrive by 3:45 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’re excited to offer an open bar for you to enjoy throughout the evening. Whether you’re into cocktails, wine, or beer, there will be plenty of options to toast to our big day.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We've invested in an amazing photographer and videographer to capture every moment—so you can sit back, relax, and be fully present with us.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs so everyone can enjoy the meal. Just send us a message with the details, and we’ll make sure we have something delicious prepared for you.

What is the dress code ?

We’d love for you to join us in your Sunday's best.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be indoors. cocktail hours will be on balcony upstairs. You may want to bring a jacket or blanket to stay cozy as the evening cools down. We will be 9,000 ft elevation.

Where can I find accommodations?

Answer

You may stay in Woodland Park, Colorado Springs or Manitou Springs. There are plenty of Airbnb's in the vicinity. We did do hotel block and will leave that for our guest to choose. Please see under travel info for lodging information.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We don’t have a traditional registry, as we’re already lucky to have everything we need at home. Instead, we kindly ask for monetary gifts to help us start this next chapter together.
