Please arrive promptly by 3:30 pm as we will start on time. Enter thru the front doors and make your way downstairs. Keep in mind the Colorado mountain roads are windy and requires careful driving aka drive slowly. We will be at 9,000 ft elevation, bring a light jacket just in case the night turns chilly. Wedding will end at 10 and out by 11 pm.

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

After ceremony, cocktail hour will move to the upstairs level so the room will be flipped for dinner. This is an open bar, tips for bartenders are appreciated. Please grab your drinks, head upstairs for hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and soak in the mountain views. Tons of activities to do such as hitting the photobooth station, sit down for a personalized drawing from the artist, grab some ice cream from the cart and create your own sundae station.

We will have a seating chart, please see the chart when the reception will start. This will be a buffet meal, the DJ will call your table.
