This is the hotel where we have rooms reserved for $199 per night, both Friday and Saturday. We are hoping to obtain a shuttle from here to the venue for our guests, but it is not promised. Check in is at 3 pm - however, the hotel has promised they will hold bags and offer a place to change if you check in early and the room is not ready.
