FAQs

The Wedding Website of Alexandra Craig and Matthew Kilcoyne
We know that attending a wedding can be stressful especially since many of you are traveling from out of state - if you have any other questions email us at kissmarrykilcoyne@gmail.com.
Question

COVID-19 Details

Answer

The wedding is scheduled as planned for June 20th, 2021 at Springdale Station. Now that vaccines have ramped up we are confident we can have a safe event. Alex and Matt will not be wearing masks since we are fully vaccinated but guests are encouraged to mask up if that makes them most comfortable. We will be streaming the ceremony for any guests who choose not to or cannot attend in person.

Question

How to watch the ceremony if you are unable to attend in person

Answer

We will be showing the ceremony via zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84564830157?pwd=aXRjWkFWWkVTNUk2ZG1XM25VLzcyZz09 Meeting ID: 845 6483 0157 Passcode: 062021

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

You may park in any parking spot at 979 Springdale Road but it does fill up around 5 pm due to the breweries that also share that lot. Therefore, it's better to plan to park in the alternate lots shown in the map above. Springdale Station never tows so you can definitely leave your car overnight. We highly encourage everyone to utilize the robust Lyft and Uber system in Austin so that you have a safe ride from the wedding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are invited to arrive between 5:00 pm and 5:45 pm to enjoy a drink before our ceremony that starts at 6:00 pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is formal, suit & tie optional. We know there is the potential for it to be hot during June in Texas so tuxes and gowns are encouraged but sundresses and suits with ties are also acceptable. Please no jeans or casual attire.

Question

Can we come in early and make a vacation out of the wedding weekend?

Answer

Absolutely! We will be working until the Thursday before the wedding but we are happy to grab dinner with anyone coming in earlier and help you plan what you'd like to do while in Austin.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes "and guest" then definitely yes, please reach out if you would like to bring a plus one and don't see "and guest"

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! With your RSVP to the wedding reception, there will be a place to list any allergies or dietary restrictions. If you have any concerns please reach out - we want to ensure our wedding is fun and safe for everyone.

Question

I don't drink, will I still have options at the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We appreciate that not everyone on our guest list can, likes to, or wants to drink. Although our wedding will have an open bar and passed drinks we will also have a mocktail selection, sparkling water, and other non-alcoholic choices easily available. We plan to have wine on the tables during dinner and encourage our guests who wish not to partake to indicate so with their RSVP so that our caterers can respect your request.
