**If you made a reservation for our original wedding in November, the hotel should have already canceled your reservation. You will need to make a new reservation for our 3/7/21 wedding. Call the hotel with any questions.** We have secured a room block at this hotel in Uptown Charlotte for our guests! Click “View” below to book online, or call this number. Please use our Group Code G-ODEC when booking to ensure you receive our discounted rate ($99/night). Originally our hotel rate was $129 per night, but the hotel has decreased this to $99. If you have previously booked the hotel at the $129 rate, your rate has automatically been decreased to $99/night. This hotel is conveniently located in Uptown and has a great rooftop restaurant (Fahrenheit) for food & drinks. The hotel lobby is on the 10th floor. A shuttle will be provided from this hotel to and from our wedding venue! Our room block closes on 2/14/2021.

The wedding shuttle will transport guests to and from the hotel & venue. More information on exact shuttle times will be provided to you at hotel check-in. If you do not book a room at the Hyatt Place Charlotte Downtown, you will need to Uber to our wedding venue as parking is very limited due to being in Uptown Charlotte. Getting to Charlotte

If you need any tips on getting to Charlotte for the wedding, Kelly & Ryan are here to help! For those planning on flying, you’ll need to fly into the Charlotte Douglas International Airport and get a taxi or Uber to the hotel. America Airlines has direct flights to Charlotte from Rochester and Syracuse. For those planning on driving, more power to ya! The hotel might have a parking fee because it’s in Uptown Charlotte, but that should be noted on your hotel reservation.
