I don't see a gift registry. Where can I find a list of gifts for Kirsten and Mike?

Please don't bring us gifts. All that we want is your presence at the wedding. We mean it (lovingly)!

As short as it can possibly be, while still being meaningful.

Will Kirsten change her last name to McCoy?

Answer

No. Kirsten will be keeping Benson as her last name, the name she was given at birth. (Mike will also keep his last name, in case you're wondering.)

How far is it from Atlanta airport?

Answer

Depending on traffic, it will take about two hours to drive from Atlanta airport to The Retreat at Hiawassee River. With Atlanta traffic, it could take up to an hour more when the traffic is bad.

What's in the cabins (for those staying at The Retreat at Hiawassee River)?

Answer

The cabins have full kitchens, living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms, and a porch. A few of the cabins have washer and dryer. Here's a link: https://hiawasseeretreat.com/

What are driving conditions on the way to the Retreat at Hiawassee River?

Answer

There are a lot of winding, mountainous roads. If not staying on site, we recommend staying close to the retreat.

Who can stay in the cabins on the retreat property?

Answer

We have reserved the cabins for family members. We'll let you know which cabin to reserve as soon as we have a good idea of who will be attending. (If everyone invited comes, cabins might be a little tight. If not everyone comes, there will be a little more wiggle room.) We certainly would understand if you prefer to not stay in the cabins. Please just let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Is there a grocery store near The Retreat at Hiawassee River?

There's an Ingles, which is often a pretty good grocery store, about 4 miles away in Hiawassee. The address is 94 North Main Street, Hiawassee 30546.
