What is the wedding weekend schedule?
Answer
Please RSVP to see a breakdown of the wedding activities. We're planning a bonfire for early arrivals Friday evening and the Wedding Reception goes into Sunday evening.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking at Roaring Camp, but we highly encourage you to carpool or take a rideshare or taxi service. We recommend you book these ahead of time especially for the evening pick up. Safe travels!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both! The ceremony will be outdoors on the Schoolhouse lawn. The reception will be inside Brete Harte Hall, which will have its doors open to the cocktail area outside.

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire or country-themed formal wear encouraged! Please note that weather in the mountains can range from warm in the day to cool at night, so layers are recommended. The ceremony will be on a grass lawn, for those wearing heels we do recommend wedges, flats, or any styles that won't sink into the ground.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?
Answer
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a BBQ buffet dinner with a selection of meat, vegetarian, and gluten free options. If you have specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please note them when you RSVP.

Can I take photos?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony! We ask that guests please don’t take photos during the ceremony. Please note that there will be a wonderful wedding photographer capturing our big day :)

What COVID-19 safety measures will be in place?
Answer
We please ask that all guests attending be vaccinated and boosted. Please note that while the ceremony will take place outside, the reception is inside the hall. The large barn doors will remain open all evening for air flow.
