Cabins at Elkhorn Ridge Resort
Cabins are reserved for our guests and are located approximately 2 miles from the venue. Each cabin is fully furnished and contains a full bathroom, kitchenette, TV, etc. Small (sleeps ~4) and large (sleeps ~6+) cabins are available starting at $180 per night. Cabin space is reserved for our guests up until April 10, 2026. Cabin rentals have a 2 night minimum. Tent and RV space is also available for those who prefer to bring their own gear! A block of rooms is reserved at The Lodge, a hotel just about 4 miles south of the wedding venue in Deadwood, SD. King rooms that sleep 2 are $279 per night with our discounted rate. If the above options aren't your thing, or if they run out of availability, there are many other options in the area. A variety of other hotels and Airbnb's can be found in Spearfish and Deadwood, which are both within 10 miles of the venue.
Flight
Rapid City Regional Airport
Rapid City Regional Airport is the closest option for guests that need to fly in. It is about a 1 hour drive to Spearfish. Another option is Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport in Gillette, Wyoming. However, this will service fewer airlines and is a 1.5-2 hour drive to Spearfish.

Getting Around the Black Hills
Just a heads-up for our out-of-town guests: While Uber and Lyft do operate in the Black Hills area, availability can be pretty limited—especially in more rural or scenic spots. If you're planning to explore or need a ride to the wedding events, we recommend renting a car or arranging transportation ahead of time. This will help ensure you're not stuck waiting (or hiking!) when you should be celebrating with us. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about getting around—we're happy to help!
