When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 24th, 2026. Your response will help us finalize details and make the day run as smoothly as possible!

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

We’re excited to celebrate with our close friends and family. Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and know how much we appreciate you being a part of our day!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. Please arrive early (3:30-3:45 pm) in order to find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal (suits, sport coats, button-ups, chinos/slacks, dresses, jumpsuits). We will be outside, so bring a layer for when the sun goes down.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Cabins at Elkhorn Ridge Resort and hotel rooms at both The Lodge and The Holiday Inn are reserved for our guests to book with discounted rates. However, if those are not your style, or if they run out of availability, there are several other hotels in Spearfish and Deadwood!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There should be plenty of parking at right outside the Courtyard Barns!
