Matron of Honor
Kazzi is my oldest sister. She's had the title of my MOH for as long as I can remember and I could not imagine this day without Kazzi by my side! She's always been a huge role model for me. So much so that I followed in her footsteps to attend Penn State for college!
Bridesmaid
Kourtenee and I have always been mistaken for as twins. Hopefully you won't confuse us on the big day! She loves me so much that she followed me down to Charlotte and moved into the same apartment complex as me. Having Koko so close to me has been a blessing and you can find me inviting myself over for dinner at least twice a month.
Bridesmaid
Haley aka my love has been my best friend since September 27th, 2005. Almost 19 years?!? Our 7th grade selves would be so proud of how our friendship has grown over the years and survived distance. Haley and I survived a rival high school long-distance friendship, college distance as well as international distance when Haley taught ESL in Korea and Italy!
Bridesmaid
Thanks to Mrs. Butts' history class in 8th grade, Marina and I became best friends instantly. One year in high school we only had a couple of classes together so we decided to start a notebook where we would pass it back and forth in the hallway throughout the day to keep each other updated on their day. Do I still have this notebook? ABSOLUTELY! Could I imagine this day without Marina? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Bridesmaid
Katie is Ryland's younger sister. She moved to Charlotte just a couple months after Ryland in 2018. Once I moved down to Charlotte from Ohio, we were able to spend a lot more time together walking around Uptown Charlotte playing Pokemon Go, enjoying breweries and going to local markets such as the Regional Farmers Market and Front Porch Sundays. If you have any plant questions, Katie's your gal!
Bridesmaid
Marissa is my not-so little cousin. We had the chance to live together not once, but twice while growing up and I am so grateful for those years we lived under one roof! In Kindergarten, Marissa was learning about the letter "K" and gave me a beautiful picture that says, "K is for Kindrah" and I still have it to this day! She's a HUGE Swiftie and knows every lyric to every song.
Bridesmaid
Kenzie is my other not-so little cousin. She was my biggest fan while I played soccer at Penn State and made it to as many games as she could. She was there after some tough losses, but it always brought a smile to my face to see her in the crowd after those games. She’s recently committed to play Field Hockey at JMU and I can’t wait to be her #1 fan in return!
Flower Girl
Elora is my beautiful God Daughter! By the time of the wedding she'll be about 18 months old and walking down the aisle. She's going to steal your heart with her cute little smile!
Best Man
I'll never forget the first time I met McCain. I had been a district manager with Nestle for about a year and had just found out that the guy who was going to be my counterpart in Charlotte was actually leaving to take a job with Tesla after about a month on the job. My manager scrambled to find a replacement and I met said replacement a few weeks later as he was getting out of a rental Toyota Tacoma at the office. He opened the door and several empty cans of Bang Energy came spilling out, loudly clanking onto the ground. Quite the first impression. Never one to judge a book by its cover, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and discovered that he was an extremely hard worker, willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done. From then on we were a great team. Whether it's playing golf, Call of Duty, or hanging out at local breweries, McCain has always been there to be my dude, and I couldn't ask for a better guy to be my Best Man.
Groomsman
Kyle is basically the brother I never had. I first met Kyle while working for Nestle, and we quickly hit it off, having shared a lot of the same experiences day to day. We would chat about our jobs, our coworkers, and play video games after work. When challenging times hit, Kyle opened his home to me until I was able to get back on my feet. Without Kyle and his family, I'm not sure what I would have done.
Groomsman
Not only my future brother-in-law, but the king of inclusion, Brett has always made me (and everyone else) feel like part of the group. I've never met anyone who can literally have a conversation with anyone about anything (apart from my father); Brett is that guy. I always know I have someone to talk to when Brett is there; as an introvert, that's kind of a big deal for me. Plus, we both stink at golf but love to play, so we always have something to do during family events.
Groomsman
The first time I met Mike was during a Halloween Party. He was dressed as Mike Myers (I think) and Kindrah and I were dressed as Disney visitors, a definite last minute costume. I had already met his wife Morgan, who told me that we had a lot in common and we definitely did! Mike and I can talk Star Wars or Marvel for hours. We even talked about starting a podcast to do just that. Mike is a big sports guy; even though he's from the midwest, he always knows what's going on with your team and is able to talk shop with you about it. In fact, he oftentimes knows more than I do! Mike's been a great friend since I've met him and I always look forward to video game nights at his house!
Groomsman
I actually met Ricardo shortly after I moved to Charlotte several years ago; he was an analyst with Purina and I was a district manager with Nestle. Little did I know, he would end up working with Kindrah in the future and she would become good friends with his wife Yessika. It's funny how things work out like that. The first time we went to the Whitewater Center was with Ricardo and Yessika; they were our sherpas, showing us where to go as we had no idea what we were doing. They've also offered to sherpa us through Mexico if we (me) ever decide to go. I'll never forget Ricardo's bachelor party. Mike had him buy a cactus early on and carry it with him the rest of the day. It ended up falling out of the pot multiple times and had no dirt by the end, but it made through the whole thing without being lost!
Ring Bearer
Jace was the best birthday gift I've (Kindrah) ever received. He's my first nephew and boy is he loved. One of my favorite moments while on the phone with Jace is when he first got our Save the Date. He called and accepted his Ring Bearer duties, but instead of wanting to talk to Aunt Kinny he kept asking for more Uncle RyRy! I would spin the camera back to my face and he would sign for "more" RyRy.
