What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm so try to get there closer to 5:45pm. Since it is a Friday in Charlotte, please accommodate extra time for traffic!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal: Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits and ties. No jeans. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to Kindrah or Ryland. Ladies: If you are wearing heels, I would recommend a block heel or wedge since there are grassy areas. Also, no pink outfit is “too pink”, it’s actually encouraged💕

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony & garden spritzer will be held outdoors. Please be sure to look at the weather ahead of time. November in Charlotte can be anywhere from 50s to 80s.

What is the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the venue; however, please keep in mind you will not be able to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight. Be sure to either have a designated driver or meet at the AC Hotel SouthPark for the group shuttle. We're also providing an Uber voucher in case the shuttle can't accommodate all guests. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Everyone picked their meal when sending their RSVP (Chicken Scarpariello, Steak Alexander or Vegetarian). For beverages, there will be a spritzer available during the garden party. At the reception, we will have an assortment of beer & wine available. (Open Bar - you will not need to bring any cash unless you'd like to leave tips!)

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and post to social media?

Answer

We'd like a device-free ceremony. We will have photographers and videographers on site and do not want guests impacting their ability to do their job; however, after the ceremony, feel free to bring out your phones and take / post as many photos as you'd like!

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. We have a section of our website dedicated to the registry. We are also registered through Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel.
