When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are planning to send official wedding invitations some time in June or July. Once received, please RSVP by August 20th, 2025, either online or by mailing back the RSVP card included with your invitation. When you respond, please confirm the total number of guests attending (including yourself). We’ve reserved a specific number of seats in your name, so we kindly ask that you keep your guest count within that limit.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we have thoughtfully reserved a specific amount of seats for each guest. If the number of seats reserved allows you to bring a date, then you are welcome to do so. However, please try to stick within the number of seats that have been reserved especially for you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate children of close family and friends specifically listed on the invitation. We hope that you can still join us in celebrating!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the Old Sugar Mill.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5:45 pm. The ceremony will promptly start at 6:00 pm.

What is a table greeting?

Answer

Table greeting, or chào bàn, is a Vietnamese customary process where the bride and groom wear their traditional wedding clothes and visit each table to thank their guests during the reception. The table usually designates one representative to offer a quick, congratulatory toast to the bride and groom, as well as present the bride and groom with any cards or gifts.
