There are plenty of trails and places to explore in Winter Park, but here are a few to get you started.

Mount Flora Trail

6.2 mile hike that takes you to the summit 13,127 ft. above sea level. Ranked as a moderate hike, although 13ers are always a challenge. The views at the top will be worth it!

Grand Lake

Grand Lake, CO 80447

Take a 45 minute drive to Grand Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. This time of year you can go paddle boarding, hiking, or even see an elk rut where male elk compete for attention of the females. Its a Wildlife connoisseur's dream.

Located in a valley on Clear Creek, this brewery is a 45 minute drive from Winter park. Enjoy brews and a meal surrounded by the mountains and a lake. This is one of our favorite Colorado breweries.

Winter Park Ski Resort Trail

The trail starts in the heart of Winter Park Ski Resort and is rated as moderate. This 4.9 mile hike will take you around the Winter Park ski resort including the Sunspot mountain lodge at 10,700 ft.
