Served with herb roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables SURF & TURF Beef tenderloin* with wild mushroom demi-glace and pan seared steelhead trout with yuzu beurre blanc. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables STUFFED ACORN SQUASH With a medley of butternut squash, tri-colored quinoa, red and brown rice, amaranth grains, multi-colored peas, cranberries and toasted pecans. Topped with portobello mushroom and honey goat cheese mousse
