kimianuptials Guest Ride and Room Shares!

There are a lot of people coming through certain areas (Detroit, Chicago, etc.) and Airbnbs are cheaper when multiple people stay in them. So it would be great if rides and rooms can be shared! Click the link to go to a spreadsheet where you can add whether you need a ride or a room or if you have space to share!

Shanty Creek Resort - Summit Village

Shanty Creek is a lovely resort about 15 minutes away from our family cottage (the location for the wedding). We have a block of hotel rooms available, which you can reserve through calling the listed number and asking to make a reservation with the Vachon/Sienicki wedding. Rooms are $98/night. Bonus of staying here is that there will be a free shuttle to and from Short's Brewing Company on Friday night!

Airbnb

There are plenty of Airbnbs available! There are a lot of condos located in Shanty Creek (same area as the hotel rooms) as well as houses along Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire and Clam Lake in Bellaire and Alden. We suggest that the earlier you book the better as Airbnbs tend to book up on Labor Day weekend. Rates vary.

FREE CAMPING!

If you are interested in camping, bring your tent and stay on our property! There is quite a bit of land, we will have portajohns with sinks, and it is free! You are welcome to stay Friday-Monday. Please let us know right away if this is something you're interested in.

Grand Victorian Bed and Breakfast Inn

Lovely bed and breakfast in downtown Bellaire. Very close to Short's Brewing Company. Prices range from $139-$239.

Cherry Capital Airport - Traverse City (TVC)

This is the nearest airport to kimianuptials. Though it's quite small, you might get lucky like us and find a reasonable flight connecting here. Worth a shot! Traverse City is about 45 minutes away from Bellaire.

The airport in Grand Rapids is another option. The airport is approximately 3 hours from Bellaire.

Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)

Detroit Metro Airport is a large airport and flight prices are probably the best you'll find (along with Chicago). Bellaire is approximately 4 hours from Detroit.

O'Hare International Airport is a large airport and flight prices are probably the best you'll find (along with Detroit). Bellaire is approximately 5 1/2 hours from Chicago.
