We lived together with another bridesmaid, Kylie, and studied at CSUF in 2017. We've been friends for a long time, and it brings me so much joy to see you thriving in the US. Especially you, KC—you deserve the happiness you've fought for. Life can be tough, but so are you. Time flies, and while we're now in different stages of our lives and live in different places, we still hang out all the time and support each other deeply. I've known Eli since our shared trauma bond in medical school, where we survived on food, the gym (where I learned Eli acts like a baby gorilla), and a healthy dose of NCAA football escapism. After watching Eli go through hardship and growth, it was so special to see him fall in love with KC and flourish. Despite them making me try durian (bleh!), I wish them a lifetime of happiness, warmth, and continued laughter, and I look forward to being alongside for the ride.

Hi! My name is Austin. Eli and I met over a cadaver, and we've shared a passion for games, funnies, and fitness ever since. I take full credit for helping sculpt Eli from a person who yells at video games into a well-rounded human with an appreciation for better music. It gives me great pleasure that he and KC found each other, and I've watched them grow together over luxury pho. Hi, I’m baby Shay! I’m a cute niece, daughter, granddaughter, and cousin, and real soon, I’ll proudly be a big sister too :). I know, it’s a big role, right? Don’t worry, I don’t just look adorable—I’m very lovable too, so it’s no surprise that everyone loves me. I’m sure my future brother will too :)! I’m from Uncle Eli’s family, but the fun part is Aunt KC is always super excited every time she sees me. I think that’s what you call “family by choice.” I might be too little to fully understand my role now, but hey, it’s going to be a beautiful day with a gorgeous couple, lots of flowers, and a big cake. We could not be more excited that Rabbi Debbye Zanerhaft is officiating our wedding! Both a Rabbi and a Cantor, Debbye was a long-time educator at Eli’s childhood congregation, Congregation B’nai Emunah in Tulsa Oklahoma, and served as his bar mitzvah teacher. Her deep knowledge of the faith, along with her love of Judaic music and stunning vocals, had a profound impact on our family and the congregation for much of Eli’s childhood. We are excited to have our guests meet her and be touched by her special warmth and leadership.
