Please meet in the venue courtyard at 3:45 PM on Friday! We will move through the rehearsal quickly so we can get to the BBQ.

Please park at Camino Elementary School in the front lot or the second lot to the right, just do NOT park past the yellow gate if it isn't locked yet. We can use the lot starting at 4:30 & the first shuttle will begin loading at 4:30! Two shuttles will run to & fro Jeanette's ranch. There should be a shuttle EVERY 10 MIN or so. Wait in the front lot if there is no shuttle loading when you arrive. Shuttles will run continuously throughout the event. Please try to carpool! We need to average about 3 people per car for everybody to fit in the lots. Attire is BBQ casual, but MAKE SURE TO BRING A JACKET/SWEATER/SPORT'S COAT ETC. It has been getting very chilly at night time, & we will be outside. It might even drop into the high 40s. Also, I wouldn't suggest heels or uncomfortable shoes. There are cobblestones, uneven ground & steps etc. Please remember there are NO CABS & NO UBERS AVAILABLE. Try to plan your drivers now & please carpool. MORE INFO IN EMAIL FROM KEORTIGOZA@GMAIL.COM

Please arrive early to ensure time to find the venue & park! Prepare for cobblestones, decomposed granite & steep stairs down to the mine (aka maybe choose wedges over spikes). Early October can be insanely hot or it could get chilly at night, check weather the week of.
After-Party downstairs in the 1850 Mine (Now a small bar + restaurant)

The music has to be off outside by 9pm, so anybody who would like to continue hanging or having libations can head downstairs with us!
