Will there be gluten free options?

Yes! There will be plenty of options at every event

Question

Will there be transportation to and from The Pines?

Answer

Yes! A courtesy shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. Pick up and drop off location will be at The Golden Hotel. The ride is 15-20 minutes. Specific times will be provided closer to the event.

What are the shuttle alternatives?

Answer

The venue is 15-20 minutes from downtown Golden. There is plenty of parking at The Pines and Ubers can be caught easily in Golden area.

Are kids invited to the celebrations?

We are very sorry, but we are unable to extend the invitation to children. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special weekend.

What is the appropriate attire?

Answer

Wedding & Reception - Cocktail attire to match our beautiful mountain setting. Meet & Greet - Be yourself, feel free to lean into the Colorado vibe.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

The 20-30 minute ceremony will be taking outside. If weather is not cooperating we can pivot the day of. Last year is was 70F on November 15th! There is a flagstone walkway with a small incline, railing, and stairs also are available. Be mindful of your shoes. The reception and cocktail hour will be inside with outdoor patio options if it is nice out.
