This is the main hotel where we have reserve a room block; we cannot emphasize enough how important booking early is in the Hudson Valley region during this season. Please call the hotel directly and request a room from the "Merck Wedding" block, or use block code "AMW." Make sure you press 0 to speak with the front desk when you call! Even after our room block is booked, you can always make a reservation at the hotel anyway, or you can book at the other hotel we have a room block with. Breakfast is also included with your room reservation!

Shuttle
October 16, 2021 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Shuttles will be at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Saugerties, NY starting at 3:00 pm and will pick groups up from the hotel approximately every 30 minutes and bring them to Fortune Valley Manor (our venue). The ceremony starts at 4:00 pm so make sure you catch a ride! Shuttles will also be transporting guests back from Fortune Valley Manor to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites after the wedding!
House Or Rental
There are many options for guests to rent houses on websites such as AirBnB, VRBO, etc. in the Hudson Valley Region! However, be aware that this is a popular time to visit this region due to the beautiful leaf change, therefore pricing and accommodation availability many be limited.

In addition to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the Comfort Inn, there is another hotel next to Comfort Inn (a Howard Johnson Hotel) or many hotels in Kingston, NY (including a Holiday Inn that is only 5 minutes from the venue)!
