Light Rail

You can take the light rail from DIA to Denver at Union Station. We have chosen to have this event in Denver so that our guests do not need to rent cars - Denver is very walkable, lots of lightrail lines, and uber/lyfts should be short and easy. From DIA you would take the lightrail to Union Station if you are staying at any of our preferred hotels.

The Catbird Hotel

We have gotten a limited hotel block at $199 a night to check in on Sept 19 with checkout on the 21. We have prioritized the hotel block for people who need to be on site day of the wedding. If you want to stay at this hotel by all means - just be respectful of our boundaries. If any of the rooms in our block do not get reserved we are happy to put them out to the collective, just let us know if you want that. Heads up for those with mobility issues: the beds are elevated and if you have mobility issues we would advise requesting an ADA compliant room. Each room has a bed and a pull out, so depending on how comfortable you are with sharing space can accommodate up to 4 people. We initially intended to provide transportation, after exhausting available options we regretfully will not be able to do so. We do ask if you stay at the home base hotel that you do not leave your room in the 2 hours before transportation as the Boo Crew will be getting ready on site and would like to leave without being seen. Please contact us directly if you want to be added to our hotel block. Hotel rooms at this hotel are also very affordable on sites like Expedia or Travelocity.
