Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

The venue has soft ground (mulch, grass, dirt), so we do not recommend high heels.
We suggest that you plan to arrive at the venue about 10-20 minutes before the ceremony starts, so you can find your seat before the music plays. There is handicapped-accessible parking available, however since we already have some guests using this, please let us know if you expect to need these accommodations! When you find your seats, feel free to sit on either side of the aisle. Reserved chairs for immediate family will be in front and marked with a sign. Please silence your cell phones and put them away for a distraction-free ceremony.

Dinner and dessert will be provided, with vegan and gluten free options. If you are worried about your dietary needs not being met, please reach out so we can discuss accommodations--or feel free to bring something for yourself if you prefer! There will be a limited bar available. We kindly request that while everyone is eating, you do not approach the couple's table as they will be hungry as well! We would love to talk to you after everyone has a chance to eat. When the music starts, we encourage everyone to get on the dance floor for at least one song!
