We are so excited to celebrate with you! Please see below for travel recommendations. If you do not live locally, we recommend renting a car to get to Poulsbo regardless of which travel option you pick (options below). Carpooling is encouraged!

Flight

Flight to Seattle

We encourage all out-of-town guests fly in to SEA-TAC international airport. After that, you have two options to get to Poulsbo!

Travel Note

Scenic Option: Ferry

From SEA-TAC, we recommend you drive up to Seattle (~30 minutes) then take a scenic ferry to Bainbridge Island (~1 hour, plus wait times). You can either walk or drive onto the ferry. Poulsbo is a short 15 minute drive from the ferry terminal. Ferry rides are a beautiful way to see the water, mountains, and skyline while you sit back and enjoy the ride. Note that ferry timeliness can vary, so recommend budgeting a couple extra hours ahead of any plans or events.

From SEA-TAC, you can drive straight to Poulsbo in about 1.5 hours.

You're welcome to stay wherever you like! Some hotels are even in downtown Poulsbo, which is darn adorable. If you'd like to take advantage of our hotel block, take a look at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. It's a larger hotel with more availability but a tiny bit farther from downtown. Again, please stay wherever you are most comfortable! UPDATE - The room block is full. The Clearwater Casino is another great local lodging option, located on the water and four minutes away from the venue. There are also plenty of hotels and AirBnBs in the surrounding Poulsbo area.

Shuttle

Shuttle from main hotel to wedding venue

July 18, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We will provide a shuttle service between the Fairfield Inn and Suites Poulsbo and Kiana Lodge. You're welcome to use this shuttle even if you aren't staying at the Fairfield. Shuttle information and schedule is below. - 2:30 pm: Shuttle available for loading at Fairfield Inn and Suites - 3:00 pm: Shuttle departs for 3:15 drop-off at Kiana Lodge - 3:30 pm: Shuttle returns to Fairfield for second drop-off, immediate loading and departure - 3:45 pm: Shuttle drops off at Kiana Lodge Note that the shuttle has a 40 person capacity so please plan accordingly. The shuttle will also be available to return guests to the hotel after the wedding, with the last drop-off times of the night departing Kiana at 10:30 pm. Note that all guests must depart Kiana no later than 11 pm.
