Summer cocktail

So excited to see you! You're welcome to come as early as 3:00 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We will provide a shuttle service between the Fairfield Inn and Suites Poulsbo and Kiana Lodge. You're welcome to use this shuttle even if you aren't staying at the Fairfield. Shuttle information and schedule is below. - 2:30 pm: Shuttle available for loading at Fairfield Inn and Suites - 3:00 pm: Shuttle departs for 3:15 drop-off at Kiana Lodge - 3:30 pm: Shuttle returns to Fairfield for second drop-off, immediate loading and departure - 3:45 pm: Shuttle drops off at Kiana Lodge Note that the shuttle has a 40 person capacity so please plan accordingly. The shuttle will also be available to return guests to the hotel after the wedding, with the last drop-off times of the night departing Kiana at 10:30 pm. Note that all guests must depart Kiana no later than 11 pm.
