This seafood restaurant has been serving up fresh Gulf Seafood for over 75 years and its Montgomery location keeps the legacy alive by serving oysters any way you can imagine. The signature dish is the Oyster Sampler prepared with Oyster Rockefeller for the spinach lover; Oyster Bienville covered with shrimp, crabmeat and parmesan cream sauce; Oyster Monterey topped with jalapenos, smoked bacon and melted cheddar cheese; and Chargrilled Oysters freshly shucked, chargrilled on an open flame and smothered with pepper butter and a Parmesan/Romano cheese blend. All oysters are served sizzling on a metal hot plate.
