What will the weather be like?

Welcome to Montgomery, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here in Montgomery should be gorgeous! During the day, the weather will be the hottest, but overall temperatures will average lows of 60 to highs of 82 degrees… but you never know.

Where should I park?

Gentlemen, drop your ladies at the front door of the house. Attendants will guide you to park near the barn where all parking will be available.

What should I wear?

Answer

Friday night is cocktail attire, black is totally acceptable for Friday night but Saturday is definitely a lighter color theme. Casual-dressy light colored attire will be a great fit for our beachy-chic wedding theme. Men aren't required to wear jackets and ties, but many have said they will. The Mother's of the couple are dressing it up a bit with long dresses, flowy silk pants and sequin tops. John will be in a light green khaki suit and Kim is wearing an ivory dress. It is an outside wedding so ladies please do yourself a favor and avoid the stilettos!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be in a tent :) Praying for no RAIN!

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of bricked/grassy areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
