We have two preferred hotel options listed below. There are also vacation homes and Airbnb rentals available but please be aware Incline Village is a small community with limited places to stay. **Both hotels have a refundable option, so we encourage you to book early!**

This option is 3 minute drive to the venue. It has a total of 38 rooms and all are part of the wedding hotel block. It has a nice lobby, indoor pool and lounge area with bar service! Please use the link below to book! When booking you will not be charged, reservation is full refundable until 45 days prior to arrival. You can only book Friday and Saturday through our link but if you are looking to book longer we would recommend calling.

You can either book directly from the Hyatt website or we also have an option to book through our hotel link. With this link you should be able to book a refundable room and receive a $100 voucher for use at the hotel as well as a complimentary breakfast.

Flight

Reno-Tahoe Tahoe International Airport (RNO)

Reno is the closest airport - about 45 minutes from Incline Village. If you fly into Reno, you can rent a car at the airport, use Uber/Lyft, or take the North Lake Tahoe Express shuttle. The shuttle costs about $100/person one way and has a set schedule to pick-up / drop-off at both the Hyatt and Incline Lodge. See the link below for more details.

Flight

Sacramento International Airport (SMF)

Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is an alternative and about 2 hrs from Incline Village. If you fly into Sacramento, a rental car is recommended.
