Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We would love to have you join us for a drink the night before our big day! We’ll be covering drinks for the first hour or so — after that, it’ll be a cash bar.

Our Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail attire. Please note the ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend choosing appropriate footwear. Evenings can be cool this time of year, with temperatures as low as 30°F — consider bringing a jacket.

Please arrive by 4:30pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Shuttle service will be available for guests at the Hyatt or Incline Lodge. The shuttle will depart at from the Hyatt and Incline Lodge at 4:00pm and 4:20pm. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony on the balcony of The Chateau.
