How and when do I RSVP?
Answer
Formal invitations will be sent out in early summer. You will be able to RSVP on our wedding website at that time. Please RSVP no later than August 4th, 2025.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are excited to celebrate this special day with our closest friends and family. We have limited space and can only accommodate guests who are listed on the formal invitation.

Are children welcome?

Our welcome party, ceremony, and reception will be adult-only events. We appreciate your understanding. We look forward to celebrating with you!

When should I book my hotel?
Answer
Incline Village is a small town with limited places to stay, and things tend to book up fast—so we recommend reserving your lodging as soon as you can.

Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Our ceremony will be at The Chateau at Incline Village, the same location as our reception. The ceremony will be outdoors so please plan accordingly. In the event of extreme weather (heavy snow, extreme cold or rain) we will relocate the ceremony indoors.

When should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm, so please plan to arrive to the venue by 4:30 pm.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire. Please note the ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend choosing appropriate footwear. Evenings can be cool this time of year, with temperatures as low as 30°F — consider bringing a jacket.

What is the weather like this time of year?
Answer
Typical early October weather in Tahoe is sunny with highs in the 60's and lows in the 30's. Tahoe is up in the mountains so the weather can change quickly and there is always a possibility of snow this time of year.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Transportaion will be provided to and from the Incline Lodge and the Hyatt Regency. Please select your transportation preference when you RSVP. There is ample parking available at the venue; however, no overnight parking is permitted. Please be aware, public transportation in Incline Village is extremely limited.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you join us in being fully present during our unplugged ceremony by putting away phones and cameras. Our professional photographers will be capturing all the special moments for us to share later.

You can let us know any dietary needs on the RSVP form. We’ll do our best to accommodate you!
