Am I Invited to All Events during the weekend?

Answer

Your invite received in the mail (or via other form if international), will specify which event or events you are invited to attend. We are trying to keep our wedding ceremonies very private and only inviting a small number of guests to this day. However we love you all, and want to celebrate with you the day after!

What can I do at the venue?

Answer

There are heated pools, hot tubs, a full spa, a fitness center, fire pits, hiking trails, kayaking, tennis, basketball, paddle boards, rentable fishing equipment, an 18 hole disc golf course, and even pickleball!

What will the bride and groom be doing in between both ceremonies on Friday?

Answer

We will be taking many pictures with our photographer, changing outfits, and spending time with each other. We may ask to grab photos with you during this time, right after the first ceremony. Feel free to grab drinks, spend time at the pool, relax in the spa, hike the mountains, or eat a lunch on or off the resort in between. We will provide some appetizers following the Indian ceremony. You are not expected to wait around all day between the ceremonies, but you can relax and enjoy as you please.

When should I arrive at the Resort?

Answer

Guests invited to intimate ceremonies and dinner Friday are encouraged to arrive Thursday to enjoy the resort before the ceremonies beginning Friday morning. Guests invited to the reception Saturday are encouraged to arrive Friday evening or Saturday morning to enjoy the resort before the reception Saturday evening. We also encourage guests to stay an extra day or two, to enjoy the resort, however the room discount rate may not apply to those days. Check in is at 4pm each day.

How early should I get to each event?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 min prior to each event to allow seating and time to find each event location as the location will change for each event at the Resort.
