Baraat (Groom Procession) (Invite Only)

Baraat (an indian tradition) 11:45-12pm. Outside the entrance located closest to The Woodland Ballroom. A celebration to welcome the Groom to his wedding. He will arrive to the entrance closest to the Woodland Ballroom in a fancy car. Feel free to dance and celebrate his arrival.
Indian Ceremony- (Invite Only)
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Formal Attire. (No jeans, t-shirts, or sweats please).
This is an intimate ceremony, please only attend if RSVP applies to this event. Appetizers and cash bar to follow this event.
American Ceremony- (Invite only)

Cocktail hour will be outside of the Mountain Ballroom from 5:30pm-6:30pm, with the formal reception in the Mountain Ballroom from 6:30pm-10:30pm. We are hoping to keep the reception free of younger children. Come ready to dance!
After Party- The Grille at Bear Creek

Join us for the after party if it's not past your bedtime! This will take place at the bar in The Grille at Bear Creek (the restaurant located in the hotel). Cash Bar- Guests can help themselves to ordering late night appetizers or drinks, but will be required to pay for their own tab/bill here.
