Shuttle from Anchorage and Girdwood to the Venue

July 29, 2023 2:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Complementary transportation to the venue - with pick-ups in Anchorage and Girdwood - will be provided for our guests. This shuttle will begin pick-ups in Anchorage around 2pm and then will pick-up guests in Girdwood around 3:30pm. The shuttle will drop guests off in Girdwood around 11:30pm and in Anchorage around 12:30am. There will also be a shuttle service to transport guests around the venue property.

Travel Note

Flight and Lodging

With the exception of guests on cruises, out-of-state guests will need to fly into Ted Stevens International Airport in Anchorage. For lodging, the closest towns to the wedding venue are Anchorage (1 hour drive to the venue) and Girdwood (20-minute drive to the venue). We recommend booking a hotel or Airbnb in Anchorage or Girdwood on the nights of July 28th and 29th. Extend your stay through the night of July 30th if you want to avoid the rush to check-out of your lodging the morning after the wedding. The town of Portage, in which the venue is located, has a population of 0 and does not have lodging available.
