Where is the shuttle location?
Answer
Complimentary buses will take guests to and from the wedding. The shuttle location is at Porta San Marco. Please arrive at 4:20 PM. Buses will leave at 4:30PM. The shuttle will take guests back to Porta San Marco when the wedding ends.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us. The wedding will be Black-Tie. Gentleman: We cannot wait to see you in your best *black* tux (please no white jackets, custom suit jackets are fine). Ladies: We ask you to arrive in floor-length gowns. Bright colorful dresses are preferred (backless dresses, slits, lace, ruffles, patterned are all fine). We kindly ask you to steer clear of any shade of white: cream, ivory, champagne. Please NO dark colors: black, navy, any deep jewel tones, or animal print. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outside, weather permitting. *Ladies wearing heels: please note that there will be a significant amount of grass and some loose gravel. Sprained ankles do heal, but fashion is forever :) I suggest opting for low heel or thick/chunky heel.

What is the weather like?
Answer
The average temperature in Siena in May for a typical day ranges from a high of 74°F to a low of 52°F. As the wedding will be outdoors (weather permitting), you may want to bring a light wrap or shawl to for comfort.

Will there be transportation available on the day of wedding?
Answer
Complimentary shuttle buses will be available to and from the wedding for those who need it. The pick-up/drop-off location will be in the city center in Siena (time and specific location will be provided in December) Parking is available on-site. If you prefer to drive, I would suggest booking accommodation as close as possible to the wedding venue, as the road is very small and extremely dark at night. There are many B&Bs, Airbnbs, and private villas in the area.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with our closest friends and family. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Can I bring my child?
Answer
No. We are sorry, but we are keeping our special day as an adult-only occasion. We hope you can make it!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony starts, we ask that all phones to be put away and silenced. We would love everyone to fully be present with us and allow our photographer to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.
