What is the process for requesting a babysitter?

For guests traveling with little ones, Krystal Grand Los Cabos offers on-site babysitting services coordinated through the hotel concierge. Babysitters are certified, over 18 years old, and employed by the resort. Care is provided in your guest room for added comfort and convenience. How it works: If you’d like to request babysitting services, please indicate this through your RSVP. We’ll follow up with a short form to collect the necessary details. Once all requests are received, we’ll submit them to the hotel and confirm the assigned babysitter’s full name. A background check will then be completed and shared directly with the couple requesting care. Pricing: 1 child: $20 USD per hour 2 children: $25 USD per hour 3-hour minimum required ✨ Wedding Night Note ✨ If you’re interested in using babysitting services the night of the wedding, please reach out to us in advance. This will allow us to coordinate a headcount with the hotel and help ensure availability for families who may need it.

How will I get to the wedding?

Answer

We will arrange for shuttles to pick guests up from the hotel lobby. Pickup times will be shared closer to the wedding date.
